Timbul Pardamean Siregar Insulation & Production Manager

Bringing over 13 years of expertise in insulation and project management. My experience spans multiple countries in Asia, including extensive offshore assignments, and I’ve been involved in surveying, measuring sites, and their equipment since the early 2000s.

Notably, I contributed to the Belanak Natuna project for ConocoPhillips in 2004 and have since led teams of hundreds to manufacture thousands of insulation covers. My leadership and hands-on approach ensure every project meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Stephen Charles Tucker Business Advisor

With over 37 years at Parvalux Electric Motors Ltd, I advanced from shop floor roles to Director of Operations, gaining deep expertise in quality assurance, business improvement, health and safety, and international operations across Europe, China, and India.

As a long-standing member of the Chartered Quality Institute, I contributed through talks and active participation, with proficiency in ISO 9001, BS7229, COSHH, EMC, TQM, Lean, and NRTL/c certification. I also designed diecast and plastic motor components.

At PT Damurin, I implemented ISO 9001 standards, managed manufacturing, and trained offshore teams, reflecting my dedication to operational excellence and mentoring.
